I'm Not Quite Sure Where To Put This Or If

I'm not quite sure where to put this or if it's even categorized as "medical", but for some time now, I have lost the ability to feel pain in my left arm. On top of that, upon contact with electronics on certain parts of my body, I get painfully shocked, even if the electronic is off/not plugged in. I realize that this sounds insane, but I really don't know who to go to.
