I'm Not Sexually Active And Haven't Been For The Past

I'm not sexually active and haven't been for the past nearly four months. Then it was with one person. I searched and it seems to come to that I have gential warts on/around my vaginal area. I was wondering if it'll affect me or my body in any way and the quickest way possible to get rid of it. Also to stop the spreading. Once it's gone, is it gone for good? Is it a disease or just an infection?
