I'm Not Sick, However I Have A Dry Cough, And

I'm not sick, however I have a dry cough, and I'm finding that more often I get pieces of skin-like pieces coming from my throat. I know one of the side effects of the Ramipril(altace) I take is a dry cough. But now with my throat seeming to peeling I'm wondering if the two things are connected, and if it's something I need get looked at.
