I'm Not Sure But I Think I Might Be Pregnant.

I'm not sure but I think I might be pregnant. I took a test this morning and it was positive. I'm suppose to get my period around the 28th but last month I got it early. I have cramps here and there and my lower back hurts. My breasts aren't heavy, just my nipples are a little sore, but bearable. Any thoughts?
