I'm Not Sure How Possible When I Ran Car In

I'm not sure how possible when I ran car in ditch, all though the pain didn't start till a full day later. Headache pain in back of head terrible constant mucle spazams. Do I need to see a doctor could it be something worse? The pain is a ten and I bawl when I move temp is slight.
