Im Not Sure How This Happend, A Month Ago I

Im not sure how this happend, a month ago I noticed a bump on my scrotum. So I shaved my area to make sure to be clean. I inspected this bump, it was the same colour as my skin. I did not attack it and I just let it be. A few days later im assuming because of the shaving, I got itchy and scratched my scrotum and scratches the bump. The bump was diminishing more and more as I scratched and now its gone. Can someone help me please
