I'm Not Sure How To Explain It But I Was

I'm not sure how to explain it but I was fine all day and all of a sudden I sat down and I felt like something was sticking my stomach, I looked and I didn't see any thing, then I sat down again and felt the stick again. Thought maybe I had a cut on me so I rubbed some alcohol on it, no sting. Sat down again, felt it, so I rubbed my stomach and no cut. Feels like it's inside my stomach...
