I'm Not Sure How To Explain This, But I'll Try.

I'm not sure how to explain this, but I'll try. I am 52 years old, female and have had weight gain of about 13 pounds in the last 6-7 months. (This puts me now at 153 pounds). That is not that bad overall, but I feel like all of it is in my stomach. I feel very bloated and after I eat I am very uncomfortable. Also, my bowel habits have changed in the last 2-3 months. I used to always go every morning. Now, I can only go every 2 or even 3 days--very uncomfortable. I am pre-diabetic, but my blood sugars are under control. I have been on a very healthy diet for that for the last four years. I take Propthyouracil for an overactive thyroid, and also Paroxitine for hot flashes and depression, and I also have sleep apnea and use a CPAP. That is all that is going on with me. I hope you can help. Thank you very much. Marilyn Rudy
