I'm Not Sure If I Have Heartburn Or Something More

I'm not sure if I have heartburn or something more serious. I had really bad heartburn during the night last night and very mild throughout the day today. My husband picked up some Zantac for me, which I took around 6:30. Now I'm having some very mild pains in my chest and middle of back between my shoulder blades.
