I'm Not Sure If Guages Have Anything To Do With

I'm not sure if guages have anything to do with this but last night after work my earlobes were really swollen and red and had lots of pressure when I got home I took a better look and they were also dry and I gave my left earlobe a squeeze and it was really hard but clear liquid started to seep out of the bottom of my lobe and has been since last night any help would be great
