I'm Not Sure If I'm Just Being Paranoid Or What...

I'm not sure if i'm just being paranoid or what... but how would I know for sure if I had a heart attack? I'm a 28 yr old female. I've never had pain as severe as this. It had me doubled over and unable to speak for a bit. It was in the middle of my chest. My jaw hurt, I felt like I couldn't get enough air, shortness of breathe, I was anxious, dizzy, and it lasted between 20-25 minutes. It was a sudden pain but started to fade afterward. I don't know much about my biological parents but I know that my birth mother had a heart attack at a young age.
