I'm not sure this qualifies as a "health question", but I will ask. Do I, as the Health Care Proxy, have the right to receive a PRI report for my loved one, or must it be sent directly to a facility? I'm very suspicious of the rehabilitation centers motives for keeping my loved one there for so long. I also believe that she is being treated for conditions she no longer has, prompting medication for the side effects of the original treatment meds.
