I'm Noticing Dark Lines Appearing On Both Sides Of My

I'm noticing dark lines appearing on both sides of my hips. I'm sure they weren't there before. First few times I saw them was last month. I brushed it aside as the usual dark spots that I get on my skin since childhood but they look slightly different and they feel like veins when I touch them. Today, I notice new ones appearing. What does this mean?
