I'm Now 31yrs And I Have Been Masturbating Since I

I'm now 31yrs and I have been masturbating since I was 15yrs and I have experienced a terreble pain in my back that feels like its kind of hot. I alwys feeld that pain when I'm sleeping or sitting down. I used to experience some discharge after pee! I got treatment and it stopped. In april 2015 I was diagnosed with depression and in may 2015 I had sex only once and musturbated few times and the pain continued and I started to feel pains in my back and neck, I later got a massage but those pains moved to my head. I went to a docter and since I'm taking anti-depressents I was refered to a psychitrist and she placed me on other medication as anti-depressents had some effects. My erection has been a problem for almost 5yrs, and whn I consulted I was told I'm still young to worry about erectile dysfuntion or importance. Now I feel pains in my testicles and I had some discharge after I pee, I then went to the docter and he gave me some medication and discharge has stopped but when I pee I still feel the pain. I just had a chickenpox and it was treated successful. Can excessive musturbation or impotence or erectile dysfuntion cause such a complications I'm my body. Hiv screen, prostate cancer (psa), brain scan( was done because I feld something like chronic pain, but CT scan proof that there are no abnormalities)and other tests were performed and they were normal. I'm I having some hallunations or wht? Please help I need a serious advise.
