I'm On Atenolol 25mg, And Resilio 50mg For High Blood

I'm on Atenolol 25mg, and resilio 50mg for high blood pressure, fish oil supplements 3 times a day, and vitamin D3 2000 iu, becoplex without iron, I was also taken Alpic-p for pain and baclofen for muscle spasms. My question is can i take kalms for anxiety and sleep disturbance?
