I'm On Cerazette Mini Pill, And Ive Been Taking It

I'm on Cerazette mini pill, and ive been taking it now for 2 and a half months, I've had one bleed since. I take it at the same time every day and I'm concerned. I've got a doctors appointment this afternoon as I've not been well with cold/flu virus and had bloods done last week, they called me on Tuesday to ask me to come in for a follow up but the receptionist wouldn't tell me what it was about, im concerned.
