I'm On A Drug Patch. All My Patches Have Come

I'm on a drug patch. All my patches have come back clean except for the last one. During the time I had that patch on I was in someones house that smokes Meth and I also purchased 2grams that were in a plastic baggie that I placed inside my bra on my breast. It stayed there for about 30 minutes until I removed it in front of law enforcement and turned it over to them. My patch came back positive with a level of 124 nanograms in my system. Is this possible with the information I previously stated and haven't had any other contact?
