I'm On Alesse 21, I Might Have Taken An Extra

I'm on alesse 21, I might have taken an extra pill during this month and I'm missing my last pill (today's) before the 7 day break. What are my alternatives? Am I okay not taking today's pill and start the 7 day break early or would I have to take an extra pill from another pack or a back up method like plan b?
