I'm On Birth Control And I've Had A Brown Discharge

I'm on birth control and I've had a brown discharge coming out for more than a week. At first it was light but now it's starting to get Heavier and there looks like there might be blood, I'm suppose to get my period this Sunday. I'm also experiencing cramps
