I'm On My 5th Day Of Taking Clarithromycin 500MG Twice

I'm on my 5th day of taking Clarithromycin 500MG twice daily for bacterial bronchitis. I feel shaky, and anxious. Today my mouth felt dry and cottony. My heart is also beating faster than normal and I just had diarrhea. Should I call my doctor?

I'm also taking a probiotic pill for my stomach bacteria.
