I'm On My First Round Of Clomid From Trying For

I'm on my first round of clomid from trying for 2 yrs with no luck went for my 10 day scan n had 3 mature follicles went again on day 12 had 5 mature ones was told to abort and use contraceptive is my chance of twins or more high even tho I've not had a trigger or iui really don't want to abort and skip.. and I've just had my positive on ovulation test need help asap don't no what to it
