I'm On My Third Urinary Tract Infection In Three Months.

I'm on my third Urinary Tract infection in three months. The bacteria has been identified as: klebsiella pneumoniae. I have Type 2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, gerd, ibs, asthma, fibromyalgia, anemia, high blood pressure, depression and anxiety. The first infection started 7 days after my Dr. Increased the dosage on my Victoza shot. My Dr. Says there is side effects data to say that would be the reason for the recurring UTIs.
Prior to this, it had been 12 years since my last kidney/uti infection. Thank you for any advise.
