I'm On The Very End Of My Period, So It's

I'm on the very end of my period, so it's barely anything.. But last night I put a tampon in just to soak up the rest of it and I fell asleep and forgot all about it.. It wasn't until about 11:30am that I started getting sharp crampy pains in my lower stomach.. Then I remembered my tampon and went and took it out.. But I'm still having the sharp uncomfortable pains
