I'm On Vacation In A Beach Area And I've Been

I'm on vacation in a beach area and I've been swimming quite a lot. This evening I suddenly felt a painful chafing spot underneath my scrotum. It seems to be red and inflamed. I suspect this is from my swimming suit and I've put an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial cream on the area. Just a but worried because it's quite painful. Any advice? Thank you!
