Im On Valdoxan 50mg Per Day. I Have Major Depressive

Im on valdoxan 50mg per day. I have major depressive disorder. But I know that I suffer with anxiety as well. I've been depressed/anxious as long as I can remember (I'm nearly forty two). I have used different meds over the years with SSRI's and SNRI's giving me sweats, sexual dysfuntion and weight gain (30kg on Cipramil). I do not want to go down this path again. I've tried Cipramil, Cymbalta, Pristiq to name a few. Taken Valdoxan for 1 & 1/2 years now. The straw that broke the camels back was my obsession that my husband was having/had affair. That has settled some what but I am still hung up with negative thoughts, irritability all the time about worldly things I can not change.
Do you think buspar in combination with my valdoxan will help?
