I'm On Warfarin. In The Past 3 Weeks, I 've

I'm on warfarin. In the past 3 weeks, I 've had 3 significant nosebleeds, two ending up in emergency room. This past weekend, I had another nose blood which did not seem as serious, but since that one I've had a feeling of weakness and tire doing simplest chores. Would my blood count have been affected and how can I get it back to normal?
