I'm Only 15, Lightly My Bones Have Been Very Achy

I'm only 15, lightly my bones have been very achy and stuff I've been very tired and sore for some reason. I'm not getting sick this happens a lot. But the main problem is that when I touch something remotely cold it hurts. Idk how to explain it it just does. Like the walls for Instance if I touch it with my arm it hurts. I have to wear socks all the time because the floor hurts because it's cold.
