I'm Pregnant And I'm Having A Serious Cough. The Thing

I'm pregnant and I'm having a serious cough. The thing im worried about is the fact that my lymph nodes are swollen, under my arms and near my breast. I can feel the pea size nodes. Yesterday I went to the ER, they took my blood and Lymph# is 2 (1,0-3,5 E9/L) and Lymph% is 37,2 (15,0%...45,0%).
Is that okay or should I be worried?
