I'm Pregnant And In My First Trimester. I'm Constantly Throwing

I'm pregnant and in my first trimester. I'm constantly throwing up and having very painful migraines with a fever. Today I've been feeling sick all day and I when I woke up from a nap and my mom is freaking out because I was sweating in my sleep so my bed is wet. But I've throwing up and having a fever like crazy.
