Im Pregnant In My 36 Week, I Have Urinary Tract

Im pregnant in my 36 week, i have urinary tract infection with Klebsiella i took an antibiotic but today i repeated my urine test and i still have klebsiella
Can anyone plz tell me what are the effects on my baby and what are the possible treatments
Im so worried
