I'm Pregnant With My 2nd Child And Due In 7

I'm pregnant with my 2nd child and due in 7 weeks and lately I have randomly been getting this pain around my belly button. It can last from 2 hours up to 2day and it makes the area around my belly button sensitive to touch. The pain level ranges from a 4 to a 7 on a 1-10 scale. Is there something I can do to ease this pain?
