I'm Pregnant With My Third Child But Having Different Pain..sharp

I'm pregnant with my third child but having different pain..sharp pain.. I'm due may 20th 2015 but I dont want to alarm my self or my O.B my question is should I go to the hospital? Call my DOC? Or hold out until it gets worse or hold out until the morning. Please I'm desperate for a solid concrete answer
