I'm Prescribed Adderall For My Add. I Have 20 Mg

I'm prescribed Adderall for my add. I have 20 mg tablets and my script says to take 1/2 to 1 tablet up to two times per day (40 mg).

I have been having no issues for a month besides the normal - no appetite, no sleep if I take it too late.

But over the past few days with nothing more than 30-40 mg I've been getting some tingling in my left arm and once shortness of breath, slight fleeting pain in my left leg.

I have very normal blood pressure, no health issues, 30 year old female, I eat vegetarian (have for 6+ years), my blood work is always flawless. I'm slightly over weight but no heart issues. Is this normal for Adderall? I plan to tell my dr on Monday but I'm just asking in the interim.
