I'm Presently On 225 Effexor Dropping Down Too 183 In

I'm presently on 225 effexor dropping down too 183 in the morning. Im going to go down to 150 or 75 mg of effexor and the dr is going to start me on wellbutrin. My goal to is get off effexor and eventually cut out the 40 mg ritalin i take. It has been a long road with positives and negatives but a switch is in need. I heard wellbutrin is used for anxiety depression and as well for ADD. Im nervous but i need to trust this process. Any professional food for thought.
