I'm Pretty Sure I Have Starting Of Shingles But It's

I'm pretty sure I have starting of shingles but it's not under my armpits or on stomach. It's on right cheek butt. It's painful red and itchy. Blister hasn't formed yet, but I had shingles on same place for in 1979. I have holistic Doctor do trying to treat self. Any suggestions.
