I'm Pretty Sure I Have Mild/moderate Cubital Tunnel Syndrome In

I'm pretty sure i have mild/moderate Cubital Tunnel Syndrome in my right elbow due to banging it really hard once and sleeping with it bent . I have an elbow immobilizer to wear at night, do nerve glides every other day, yoga every day and have cleaned up my diet drastically. My question is, does a numb-ish pinky always mean Cubital tunnel? Or could it be Tendonitis of the elbow impacting the ulnar nerve? I'm also using a hand-master plus to strengthen my forearm/upper arm muscles.
