Im Pretty Sure My Liver Or Kidneys Are Failing. Confusion

Im pretty sure my liver or kidneys are failing. Confusion after eating, dizzy, fatigue, high anxiety, chest pain, swollen lymph nodes, burning sensation, bloody nose, etc. I went to the er two days ago but they said they cant do anything to help me. Ive made an appointment with a gi doctor but its not for another week and a half and i get worse every day. Should i go to a different er? I dont think i cant last more days like this. All of the symptoms go away after a couple of hours.Im a 19 year old female whose being having stomach troubles for a couple of years and more than likely have lupus ( i get tested in a few days). Should I go to a different er? how would i make them listen?
