I'm Pretty Sure That I Have An Abscess In My

I'm pretty sure that I have an abscess in my left breast. 20 years ago I had one in my right breast, so I'm familiar with the symptoms and feelings. My question now is, "are their any ways I can treat this myself, and not have to spend thousands of dollars in medical bills over basically what is a "large internal pimple"? No insurance and no money.
