Im Really Concerned About My Health Right Now And Am

Im really concerned about my health right now and am wondering if this combination of symtoms is worrying ? I'm feeling really ill. I've had a runny or blocked nose for the last three months. I've a very intense headache. My jaw neck and eyes are sore. I've had diarrhoea for the last four days everytime after I eat. My chest feels tight and my resting heart rate is 114. I am having visual hallucinations such as seeing a blue light move around and stars. One hand is ice cold and two fingers on that hand tingle on and off. I'm under extreme stress and I'm concerned about my health
