I'm Really Worried About Having Caught Chlamydia From A Partner.

I'm really worried about having caught chlamydia from a partner. we had unprotected sex recently and he just told me he was tested positive for it. I've been to the doctors and am taking the urine sample test. I urinated during the night/early this morning. the doctor told me it was to be the first pass of the day. Since I passed earlier is this going to make my results wrong?
