Im Recovering From A Sinus Infection + Fluid On Ear.

Im recovering from a sinus infection + fluid on ear. I was told to take mucinex which I did. It helped but seemed to trigger stomach cramping. Also now have back pain on lower right side. Feels a bit like uti symptoms. Im currently taking andrographis an herbal supplement for the sinus infection.
