I'm Roughly 12 Days Past Ovulation. Expecting Menstrual Cycle Around

I'm roughly 12 Days past ovulation. Expecting menstrual cycle around the 16th. However I've had a sharp pinching/stabbing pain on my right lower abdominal close to my hip. It comes an goes the last few days. Went to emergency room yesterday and pregnancy testate came back negative (urine test). Read up on implantation pains, but I'm not sure.
