I'm Scared I Have An Std. I Have Had Small

I'm scared I have an std. I have had small bumps with like a white head at first but I guess from me messing with them some have turned to like ulcers. They only itch when touched and have gotten kind of sore. My anus also is sore like I fill like I need to pass a bowel movement but can't. I also have to urinate a lot lately and have been very tired. Please help I'm scared its herpes?
