I'm Scared. I Suffer From A Failed Back Spinal Fusion

I'm scared. I suffer from a failed back spinal fusion but have dealt with it very well - i believe in mind over matter and have learned, what i can and should not try to do. I even taught myself how to fall if i ever do - which is never, because i am terrified of metal protruding from my back. I fell this evening at the complex dumpster. I landed the best i could on concrete but not on my back. It has been several hours and i am terrified that i messed up my back. It is aching but it could be because i am so scared. I have been laying down but just needed someone to tell me me I'm ok - at least for tonight
