I'm Seeing Black Dots When I Exert Myself During Work.

I'm seeing black dots when I exert myself during work. I'm a carpenter. They are much like stars if you raise up quickly but they are jet black. I have COPD, emphezime/broncitous and have a hard time breathing at times. Was wondering if this could be related. I have floaters, but these are different. Thank You
