I'm Six Weeks In Two Antibiotic Courses And Two X-rays

I'm six weeks in two antibiotic courses and two X-rays later , diagnosed with community aquired pnemonia ... Bacterial lower right lung . It has not cleared should I be getting second opinion , other options ?..... Chest pain , leg weakness , extreme fatigue and headaches are still prevalent
