I'm Smoke Crystal Math And Today I Got A Sharp

I'm smoke crystal math and today I got a sharp pain in my lower left back above my hip. It felt like a very bad cramp at first but it has not yet relaxed and its constant. I have a headache which happens sometimes but the pain in my side is what's worrying me.
