I'm So Confused On 3/30/16 I Has Very Light Pink

I'm so confused on 3/30/16 I has very light pink blood when I wiped nothing since then & no cramping. By my LMP I was 5 weeks went to ER had vag US showed 2 sacs, 1 yolk in 1 sac & nothing in the other. Went to the dr today done another US seen growth in both n both had fetuses but no heart beat. Please help me I'm so confused just want answers. Is it possible I'm not that far along? The dr said I'm measuring 6 wks not 7.
