I'm So Weak I Can't Get Out Of Bed. Everything

I'm so weak I can't get out of bed. Everything I eat or drink causes nausea and evere abdominal pain. I'm experiencing intense muscular pain in my legs. Symptoms for a few weeks. I'm continually losing weight without trying (about 50 pounds in less than a year). I'm always cold and when I checked my temperature this evening using an accurate thermometer it was 95 degrees fahrenheit. I'm currently between primary doctors because my previous doctor did not really address my symptoms. I've gone to the ER on several occasions where they run blood tests and basically send me home. I can't get an appointment with my new doctor until the end of January. I sometimes feel like I'm dying and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
