I'm Sofemale 48 I Haven't Been Well For The Past

I'm sofemale 48 I haven't been well for the past 3 months my joints feel saw and verry painful I also found a hard lump below my let knee cap it's as big as a grape it's not painefull at all but I'm worried should I be I have been verry depressed more than ever.as I have had depression for the 23 years. Sorry I don't have a bank account
